I have to tell this tastes delicious. ....




Ingredients:


Chicken with bone - 250 gm / 1/2 lb
Ginger, garlic paste - 1 tsp each
Potato - 2 ,cut into 4 halves each
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1 "
Bay leaf - 1
Green Cardamom - 3
Black Cardamom - 1
Kashmiri Red Chilli pd - 2 tsp
Fennel pd - 1 tsp
Ginger pd - 1 tsp
Salt
Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Method:


Cook chicken with ginger garlic paste.....

Place potato pieces on a plate and microwave for 3 min with our covering.
Take a pan add oil and roast the sides of potatoes and keep aside.
In the same oil add Cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf , then add 1 cup water with a pinch of Hing.
Then add cooked chicken along with water left with it.
The add potatoes and remaining spices the cook in medium low flame covered for 30 min.
 Finally add lemon juice and cook for 5 min, then serve with hot Chapati.
