Egg Roast
Ingredients :
Onion - 4 cup very finely chopped
Green chillies slit - 3
Coconut oil - 1/4 cup
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
BayLeaf - 1
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaf - 1 sprig
Turmeric Pd - 1 tsp
Garam Masala pd / Chicken or Mutton Masala pd - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Pd - 2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Tamarind Paste - 1 tsp
Coriander leaf - For Granishing
Hard Boiled Egg - 6
Green chillies slit - 3

Hard Boiled Egg - 6
Method :
1.Take a pan and add 3 tbsp oil ,the add whole spices and mustard seeds.
2.Once they splutter add onion,green chillies,curryleaf , turmeric pd , salt and saute till onion becomes brown and the raw smell is gone.
3.Then add Masala pd and chilly pd along with Tamarind paste.
4.Saute till the spices are mixed and finally add remaining 1 tbsp oil and saute till the onion is thoroughly incorporated with oil and masala.
5.Finally add Sliced egg and gently mix and keep the egg the cut side of egg facing downside and let it sit in low flame till the base of egg is slight crisp and oil oozes out.Dont cook too much also ,then egg will become rubbery.
6.Garnish with Chopped Coriander leaves and leave it open or cover with netted lid so steam doesnt fall on top of roast.
And let it sit for 20 min before serving.
7.Serve with Roti , Curd Rice.
