Coriander Coconut Chutney
Ingredients:
To grind:
Coconut Fresh or frozen grated - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 1 cup chopped
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Salt - as needed
Tamarind paste- 1/2 tsp
For tempering:
Coconut oil -2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dhal - 1 tsp
Curry leaf - 4 leaves
Dry Red Chilly - 1
Method:
1.Grind all the ingredients listed on the 'To Grind' menu.
2.Make a tempering and pour over the ground chutney and serve with dosa or idly.
