Ingredients:


Small Pearl Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
Coconut shreaded fresh - 3/4 cup
Chilly pd - 1/2 tsp
Garlic clove - 1
Salt - as needed
Water - as needed
Coconut oil -1 tsp
Mustards Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dAl - 1 tsp
Channa Dal - 1 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Curry leaf - 1 sprig
Dry Red Chilly - 1


Method:


Grind Coconut , chilly pd, salt , garlic clove to a fine paste by water and keep it aside.
1.In a pan add oil,then add mustard seeds,once they splutter add urad dal,channa dal and let it get golden then add curry leaf and hing.
2.Then add chopped onions and saute it till they are light golden.
3.Then add ground coconut mixture and needed water and keep in medium flame and wait till it gives one boil.
4.Switch off flame and serve it with aapam ,dosa or idly.
