I Had some left over condensed milk in the fridge from Diwali Sweets making.So i had to use in something ,when i try to eat it as is thats too much sugar so have to reduce the sugar with something that is edible without cooking,So Almond Meal , Fried Bengal Gram Powder(Daliya Powder / Pottukadaklai powder) ,Milk Powder , Flax Meal or even Oats flour seems as good option.I had a box of milk powder in my fridge as handy so i use that,you can try with various other options of your liking too.
Makes 16 Servings of sweets
Calorie for 1 Sweet:
Milk Powder - 2 Cups
Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1/4 cup
Salt - a pinch
Dry Fruit or Nuts for Garnishing (optional)
Add any flavours like cardamom,cinnamon,nutmeg,rose essence,vanilla,chocolate of your choice
Mix Condensed milk and milk powder add or reduce milk powder until you are able to form a roundules.Make small rounds,flatten it and make a dimple in the center for the nuts to sit on it.Done
