This is one of the easiest Dinner or tiffin you can make after a hard day of making an excellent time consuming recipes like chicken ularthiyathu. You can make this dish as a main dish which is a great compliment to any spicy dish.
You can have it asis as a snack too,very tasty and very easy recipe.
One more addition for healthy eaters i made it with half rice flour and half oats flour.But this recipe can be made with just rice flour alone too.I have not yet tried it with oats flour alone ,if i do i will definitely update the results.But if any of you do ,please leave your suggestions in comments.

Ingredients:

Rice Flour-1/2 cup
Oats Flour - 1/2 cup
Sour Butter Milk-1 cup
Gingelly oil-3 tablespoon
Mustard seed-1 tsp
Moar Milagai-4 (or Green chilli -3 (small)) , red chillies - 2 broken
Urad dal-1 tsp
Curry Leaves-1 sprig
Salt-To taste
Hing-A small pinch

Method:

1.Mix Rice flour and oats flour with butter milk and salt and keep aside
 2.In a sauce pan add oil ,once its getting hot add mustard seeds,once it splutters add urad dal , curry leaves and Moar milagai or green chilly or red chilly(what ever you use) and hing.
 3.Then add the mixed flour and keep stirring till it forms to a dough and no more sticks to the pan.

 4.Let this dough sit and get cool,it will get thick so u can form balls.
 5.MAke it into Dumplings and steam it for 5 min.
So Piping hot Kozhukattai is ready,Let it cool before serving or it will stick in your mouth.
