I Didn't have any Veggies to cook today. And it was very cold outside didn't feel like doing grocery shopping. So i have to improvise with something left in pantry. When i looked i found different types of  lentils ,so i tried to make this recipe in the intention of having as a side dish with chapati.
I am not just telling it came out fantastic with mild flavors of tomatoes and spices.
