Ulunthu Rice/ Urad Dhal Rice

Healthy rice isnt it?


Rice - 3/4 cup
Urad Dhal - 1/4 cup
Coconut Flakes - 1/2 cup
Red Chilly - 4 broken
Gingely Oil - 3 tbsp


In a pressure cooker add rice,urad dhal,cocnut flakes,red chilly,gingely rice and add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles and let steam release on its lid and add salt and give a fluff with a fork....
