Scrambled Egg With Coconut And Spices

Thoran (Malayalam, pronounced [t̪oːɾan]; or Upperi in Malabar) is a Keralite dish. This popular and common dish is usually prepared to be eaten along with steamed rice. It is usually served as part of the Sadhya along with other dishes.
Thoran is a dry dish traditionally made of a finely chopped vegetables such as yardlong bean, unripe jackfruitbittergourd  or whitespot giant arum, of leaves such as green or red cheera , Moringa oleifera or Ipomoea aquatica, as well as of flowers such as Moringa oleifera or Sesbania grandiflora.
The chopped vegetable is mixed together with grated coconutmustard seedscurry leaves and turmeric powder and briefly stirred on a pan over a very hot fire.
Thoran can be also made with carrotsgreen beanscabbagegreen tomatoes or spinach, vegetables that were traditionally not available in Kerala. The traditional recipes made in the Southern parts of Kerala do not use garlic, but presently garlic and onion are also added.

Ingredients:

Egg - 6
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Jeera - 1 tsp
Turmeric Pd - 1 tsp
Chilly Pd - 1 tsp
Small Onion - 1
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaf - 1 sprig
Salt

Method:


1.Grind coconut,jeera,small onion to one or two pulse in a blender till they are all combined.

2.Take a pan add oil and add mustard seeds,curry leaf.
3.Once they splutter add eggs and scramble it.
4.Then add grind mixture,turmeric ,chilly pd ,salt  and mix well...serve hot....
