Who's Fav is this?


Ingredients:


Chicken breast - 1 lb cut into small pieces
Ginger Garlic - 1 tsp each
salt - 1 tsp
chilly pd - 3 tsp
red color - a pinch
corn starch - 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Turmeric Pd - 1 tsp
Ajinomoto / MSG - 1 tsp( i know msg is not gud...but this recipe taste better with this addition)
Green Chillies - 10 slit
Curry Leaf - 1 sprig

Method:

Mix all ingredients together except green chillies....and keep it to marinade for at least 30 min ,can go upto 3 hrs....

Heat oil to medium heat then fry curry leaf and 2 chillies and remove it this will give flavour to oil....then fry little little batch with 2 green chillies in every batch...and fry for 15 to 20 min...keep aside....repeat it till the whole chicken is fried....

Serve with lemon wedges...
