Easy to make and healthy Chinese Bok Choy

About BokChoy:

Bok choy (brassica chinensis) is classified as a cabbage. It does not look like the round European cabbages found in western supermarkets, or to Napa cabbage. Its white stalks look like celery without the stringiness. The dark green, crinkly leaves of the most common type are like Romaine lettuce. The Chinese commonly refer to bok choy as pak choi or "white vegetable." Another common name is white cabbage.

Ingredients:

1 pound Bok Choy, cut into slices
3 cloves garlic, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Method:

1. Heat the oil over medium heat;
2. Add garlic into the pan, and sautéed for 1 minute till turning brown;
3.Turn up the heat to high, and add Bok Choy in. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
4. Add salt to taste.

Healthy tip: Bok Choy contains plenty of vitamin A and antioxidants.
