A different recipe for a lovely evening with tea or coffee.......



Ingredients:


Soya Boiled with salt - 2 cups (1 cup raw Soya)
Thick Poha / Pressed Rice - 1 cup
Onion pd- 1 tsp
Chilli Pd - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - for frying

Stuffing:


Dates chopped finely - 1/2 cup
Green Chillies - 4
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Coriander leaf - 1 tbsp

Method:


Mix all stuffing ingredients,crush chilli and salt together and add it will be easier to mix....

Wash Poha and drain water,don't squeeze....Chop Soya to fine pieces...
Mix Poha,Soya,Onion pd , Chilli pd,Salt( be careful soya has salt ) .....

Make this into a dough...then make 20 dumplings by placing a little amount of stuffing in the middle...

Then fry in hot oil....just to crisp outside....just fry for 1 to 2 min......don't put in low or medium flame...dumpling will break....

Serve hot...
