Fish Fry - Kerela Style


Ingredients:

Fish Fillet - 6 
Chilly Pd - 2 tbsp
Black Pepper Pd - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Pd - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp + For Frying

Method:

Mix all spices in a bowl along with 2 tbsp of oil.
Pat Fish dry with paper Towel and apply the spice mixture we made all over the fish and let it marinate for minimum of 30 min.
Heat Oil for frying in a kadai and let it come to medium heat .Add fish pieces and fry till its cooked.
Fish Cooks Faster so it may take around 5 min only.
