Crispy Chicken Wings

If u like  crispy wings...then here is the recipe....its not normal crispy. its crispy crispy....


Ingredients :

Chicken wings - 24 nos
All purpose flour - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tbsp

Method:

1.Clean wings and let it dry or pat dry with paper towel....(let it be completely dry)
2.Put all the wings in a plastic bag or zip lock...and add flour and baking powder.
3.Tie the bag tightly ..or if u use ziplock cover it...and rotate the bag until all chicken wings gets coated with flour and baking powder.
4.Then remove each wings and place in a rack of the broiling pan(see the photo for the broiler pan) with even space....and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hrs

5.After 2 hrs ...Spray oil on top of chicken not too much though...
6.Put your oven to broiler mode and place the chicken in the middle rack of the oven.
7.Cook it till the color changes to golden brown ,this may take like approx. 30 min.
8.After that remove tray and flip all chicken wings and put it oven and cook till the other side change to same color as the other side...

Then enjoy your crispy chicken wings with whatever sauce u prefer (BBQ sauce,Sweet chilly sauce,plum sauce or even mayo or ranch )
