Ingredients:


Bone in Chicken - 1/2 lb
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp each
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1 "
Bay leaf - 1
Black cardamom - 1
Green Cardamom - 3
Ginger pd - 1/2 tsp
Fennel pd - 1tsp
Salt
Beaten Yogurt - 1 cup
Garam masala - 1 tsp


Method:

Cook chicken with ginger garlic paste and keep aside.
Take a pan add oil, Cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and then add Chicken along with cooked water.
Then add Fennel pd, ginger pd, salt and cook well.
Finally add Yogurt slowly and cook till gravy thickens and only little gravy is left, garnish with Garam masala and serve hot.
