Ingredients:


Chicken Thighs - 1 lb or 1/2 kg
Gingely Oil - 3 tbsp
Onion - 1 smal size sliced.
Green Chillies - 4 no slit
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric pd - 1 tsp
Curry Leaf - 3 sprig
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp each
Tomatoes - 3
Garam Masala - 1 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Pd - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat a Pan , add oil ,then add onions,green chillies.Add salt this helps in cooking onions faster.
  2. Add Turmeric Pd and curry leaf and saute well.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell of ginger garlic is gone.
  4. The nadd tomatoes and 1/2 cup water and let tomatoes cook.
  5. Add garam Masala and coriander pd amd keep stirring and add 1/2 cup water ,till spices are cooked.
  6. Add chicken and mix well,then add 1 cup water and let it come to boil.
  7. Cover and cook in low flame for 30 to 40 minutes(dhum process) till chicken is very tender.
  8. Once chicken is done ,add lime juice and garnish with corainder leaves.

To Cook chicken separately and  add to gravy ,do the below process,

Chicken Thighs - 1 lb or 1/2 kg
Meat Tenderiser - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric Pd - 1 tsp

Mix and let it marinate for 20 min.

Cook Chicken in Pressure Cooker With Ginger Garlic Paste and turmeric pd for 3 to 4 whistles.
